We know that your money is important. Your monthly fee allows us to keep our classes to 12 people or less, provide the highest quality coaching and the best programming possible. Our classes will help you make genuine progress toward your goals, and you will never get bored. If you attend an average of 4 classes per week, you are only paying $10 per class. Your physical and mental health has high value, and you are worth the investment. Spend your money at a place that makes you feel supported and loved, and where you can find your people.
